You must contact customer service to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before returning any product. (get an RMA) |

Refund equals the purchase price less shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee. |

Products should be returned with their original packaging. |

Products cannot be returned if damaged or altered by the customer. Damaged products will be refused and shipped back to customer.
Customer is responsible for the cost of returning product.
Exception: If product(s) shipped incorrectly to the customer or if product(s) were shipped to customer when no application was available, the company will assume the costs for shipping the product back. |

Repack the item(s) securely with original packing materials, a photocopy of the original purchase receipt, and the RA# written both on the receipt and on the address label (see below). |

Exchanges
If the part you receive does not fit your vehicle, follow the included instructions to take a measurement on your vehicle to find the proper size. Then, call our customer service number (1-877-594-1772) for an RMA number and tell the customer service representative the size you need. Return your original unit as instructed below and we will happily send you the correct size at no additional cost. |
